This Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme 442 convertible with the W-29 option package has had a full nut and bolt frame off restoration about 5 years ago. This original 442 was a highly optioned car with a list of options as follows:Air Conditioning-not working at this time- Evaporator and condenser were both pressure checked during the restoration. Needs expansion valve hooked up.Rally Pac Gauges-It includes the original Tic-Toc-Tach and the gauges on the other side. This includes the original "Fasten Seat Belt" light.Bucket Seats and console. This includes the driver side power seat that works great. All new seat covers, carpet and door panels front and back during restoration.Power Windows and Power Locks-All were completely restored and functioning properly.Power truck release and a lighted rear view mirror which work perfect. Things that were done during the restoration:The original numbers matching small block was completely torn down and rebuilt with slight modifications.The original transmission was replaced with a rebuilt TH400.The original posi-traction rear end was rebuilt with 3.42 gears and the W-27 cover added. Frame was sandblasted and painted with truck bed liner. New stainless brake and fuel lines were added at this time.The front end was all new with bushings, tie rods, springs all the way around, shocks all around, brakes all around etc.The body was blasted and every little bit of rust was repaired (South Carolina Car) or parts replaced.A new gas tank, muffler system and compete body sealer was installed during this time. New body bushings installed.The car was then base coat/clear coated with its original Sunfire Yellow paint and a new white convertible top installed.All Stainless on this car has been polished and shines brighter than chrome. All other parts were replaced (door handles, trumpets, emblems etc.)Car was then detailed with stickers and paint marks that duplicate the car from the factory. Things I know that it needs:As I said air conditioner needs hooked up.This car was used and driven after restoration and could use a detailed clean up.The car leaks a little as all old cars do...very minor.The front bumper could use a re-chrome or aftermarket. Was nice 5 years ago but showing its age.Very, very minor paint imperfections. I'm a perfectionist so I know they are there. The convertible top needs a boot. I'm sure I'm missing something and I will add to this posting if I can think of them. I have a boat load (whole attic) of spare parts that will go with the car if it reaches the reserve price (one picture is of parts) Way to much to list here.
