We will refund your deposit and cancel sale up to Five business days after the end of an auction only if the item you have purchased was not truly represented through the Description, Pictures and Videos of the vehicle.
Dealer Documentation and Admin Fees: H Group does not have any documentation fees. You only pay your winning bid or agreed on price. NC residents please must pay highway tax, title and tag fees.
PAYMENT: Full Payment is required within 7 days of auction close. Full payment may be made via cashier's check, bank wire transfer, cash in person on pick up. We will also work with your bank, credit union, Ebay Finance or most loan companies if you decide to secure a loan for your vehicle.
We also accept credit\debit cards for full payment. There is a 2% of total price service charge if you decide to use a credit\debit card as your method of payment.
SHIPPING: Buyer is responsible for shipping and pickup of vehicle. We will work with your carrier or drop off vehicle at port for shipping.
We also accept Visa, Master Card, Amex and Discover credit cards but not on all of our auctions. Please call us in advance for details if you you wish to pay for a vehicle using this method of payment.

Please remember you are looking at a used vehicle. No used vehicle is perfect, there is no such thing. We do our best to describe every vehicle, but again, it's used.
