Hi Up for bid is a 1951 Chevy Styleline Two Door PROJECT. I started this project last fall but I have a Corvair I want to do now so the 51 needs to go. This is what is done on the car. It has a 74 Nova subframe welded in with new pads and rotors. The engine is a 1990 Sbc 350 stock with a after market electronic distributor and a Edelbrock carb and manifold, transmission is a turbo 350 with a Mr Gasket shifter. The rearend is 79 nova ten bolt open. The car has a new aluminum radiator and a new gas tank and sending unit. The body is in very good shape with new rear quarters and rockers. The brakes all work but may need a proportioning valve. The car has power steering and power brakes. The wiring is all new and all of the lights work. The stock oil pressure gauge works, after market volts and temp gauges. The gas gauge is not hooked up but the voltage reducer to make it work comes with it. It is a complete 12 volt system with a working alternator. This is what the car needs to be road worthy. Exhaust from the manifolds back. Better tires than the ones that on it. The front bumper is not mounted but comes with the car. Needs interior ( headliner bows come with car along with the window cranks and door levers) all of the glass is good, wind shield has a little discoloration around the edges. This car runs and drives just not road worth with no exhaust.
