I have for sale a 1974 R75/6 - first model year with a front disc brake.The bike has been very very mildly cafe'd - low European bars (BMW OEM), appropriately sized cables and bar end mirrors. It has also been thoughtfully upgraded: Koni shocks in the rear, Dyna electronic ignition, Reynolds ride-off center stand, newer sealed battery.I have every single part that came with the bike - including the atrocious Vetter Windjammer that I had to instantly remove, crash bars, handlebars, orginal mirrors, etc. Nothing has been permanently altered.The bike looks really nice for a 1974. It's not perfect but it's not meant to be. It's a rider with 22,XXX original miles.Problems: broken tach needle, various visual blemishes and a leaky neutral switch.I'm not going to tell you it's a head turner / conversation starter / cafe racer. IF you're interested in vintage BMW airheads, you know what this is, I don't need to say anything else.
