The full frame off restoration of this 1921 model T speedster began in Salem Oregon in 2010 and was finally completed in late 2014. This car is number two out of four speedsters that was build in conjunction with the museum's mentors and students from the Salem/Kaiser school district as part of the museum's speedster program. This authentic 1921 chassis and drive train was completely stripped, taken back to original condition and a brand new boattail style all wood body was built. The six volt system was converted to a twelve volt system with the generator being replaced with an alternator. Push button and/or crank are available. Since the restoration was complete and the engine totally rebuilt from the ground up, this car has driven less than 80 miles.
