This is a very rare opportunity to buy a running, driving Studebaker legend. The 1961 Lark VIII Cruiser was built to compete with the big 3 auto giants. The car was equipped with a V8 289 block that proved to be very fast, therefore people flocked to the car in small drives. This lasted for a couple of years until the big 3 were able to find several vehicles that knocked the Lark right on its ass. This car has spent more time sitting than driving. It has just over 26,000 original miles on it. The engine is strong, suspension good and the brakes work great. With the exception of some surface rust here and there, the car is in good shape. We did find that the front passenger side floorpan needs pto be replaced, she is in relatively good shape considering she has never spent any time inside.
