For sale is a 2001 BMW X5. This is a beautiful vehicle. We drove the vehicle daily and have had no major problems what-so-ever. We love this vehicle and are only selling so that we can get something else for our son. The engine and transmission are original with 188,500 miles. There is some minor maintenance required and the transmission needs to be serviced, it downshifts hard and I do not know if it is a sensor or just needs to be flushed but it does not take away from the overall handling or functionality of this truck. I drove this vehicle daily until very recently. The interior and exterior are in great shape as you can see by the pictures. Drivers door lock cylinder needs repaired, it does not work (I use the remote key button to lock and unlock). The fuel pump was replaced, brand new, recently. The ABS and service engine light are on, the oil, filter and spark plugs were recently replaced also. If you pay by cashier's check, you will have to wait until funds are cleared to pick up the vehicle.
