For sale is a rare and good condition 1966 Ford Mustang Convertible GT The following is a short list of pertinent details, if you would like more information please ask. -The Scott Martin Data Plate Decoder indicates that this is a 1966 convertible, with stock bench seat interior. -It was assembled in Dearborn, MI. -Original color was Raven black with red bench seat (very rare combo). -The car colors today match the data plate codes! The bench seat has a center arm rest. -The engine code is a 289 4V 225 HP V8. The car was manufactured on APR 15, 1966. -It was built as a 4 - speed manual transmission, and the sales district office for the car was San Jose, CA. -The engine was rebuilt in 2007, I believe (I do have that paperwork).It has about 10,000 miles since the rebuild. Here's the bad: -Their is a scratch about 2' long on the top left portion of the hood. -The right rear window cable is broken, so it does not roll up or down. -The zipper on the convertible window is partially torn and needs repair in the upper right corner.
