The future buyer will become the first owner after that Govt. agency. This Crown Victoria Police Interceptor has strong, smooth transmission. The car runs and drives tight and strong without any known or noticeable issue. Loaded with many options which include power lumber support, power doors, power windows, power mirrors, power steering, abs controlled brakes and much more. A/C blow chilling cold. All the power windows and power door locks are functional except rear doors only open from outside door handle. Interior is in decent shape. Driver seat has a tear(take a look at pic) Body is in good condition but like any use car minor paint scratches, dings, nicks, paint drips, paint blemishes may be present. There is a curb rash/ dent on passenger side from fender to all the way to rear door. (Take a look at pic). There are other minor body issues therefore many pics are taken for you to have a better understanding of condition. All in all this car is in good mechanical condition.
