Fuel efficiency is excellent (up to 70 mpg) - 4.2 US gal tank. Don´t mistake this bike with the 2013 and later cheaper G650GS (G-Series) models (MSRP at USD 7.895) with the smaller Chinese single cylinder engine with 650 cc displacement and 50 hp. The 2008 - 2012 F650GS (F-Series) models have the Rotax 800 cc Twin engines with 650GS decals and that is confusing. To clear it up they are title added "Twins". Their basic MSRP started at USD 10.155 plus all the extras! There is still warranty on that Dual-sport motorcycle (original 36 months or 36K miles by BMW of North America, LLC). It will expire on August 2015 - so there are still 4 months left!
