UP FOR SALE IS A CLEAN 1982 MERCEDES BENZ 240D DIESEL WITH 125K ON THE MILES. This vehicle is in a good condition. It starts promptly in all weather, accelerates, idles and drives like it supposed to. All the lights work fine. All the mirrors and lenses are in good condition. The AC blows cold and of course the heater works fine. It is equipped with manual windows, sunroof, power steering and cruise control. etc. It has the original AM/FM cassette and it works perfectly.. Dash has no cracks. Exterior paints are in good condition for the age of the car but also expect some scratches, scrapes and dents on this vehicle.It has some minimal rusts and rust bubbles by the front left ( see picture). Interior seats are in excellent condition. Carpets are in excellent condition but could use some more cleaning. All the gauges seems to work except the gas gauge that stays in the middle. This is a Mercedes Benz diesel with very good miles on it, this car will definitely serve the next fortunate owner for many years and many miles. Plenty of life left. Cheap, reliable and easy to maintain everyday transportation. These cars basically run forever, if properly maintained like this one. All the fluids are topped off.
