Up for auction is a 1970 Volkswagen Beetle Convertible. This car runs and drives and features a newer convertible top. The floor pans have been replaced and the frame looks straight. The interior appears close to original. There is some surface rust. The speedometer doesn't work but the odometer does. Turn signals only work if the emergency flasher switch is on. All in all the car is clean and runs well. A little love would turn it into a fun daily driver. Currently has Texas Antique tags. Car is advertised locally and I reserve the right to pull this auction if the car sells before the auction is over. I bought this car thinking it would be a project and that my daughter would eventually end up with it but she doesn't want it. Her loss could be your gain.
