This Mustang is very rusty, would be a good donor car for a coupe to convert project or parts to build your Dynacorn body project. Being A Code car it may be worth restoring and the fact it’s an early 1965 Mustang build date of August 6 of 1964 So I believe it’s a 64 1/2 , It does have A marking on the fresh pull handle and the hood is a 64 1/2 hood. It also has the horns that bolt to the lower frame support It does have a power top that work great, and a car cover or some kind, plus it is a 4 speed car . The motor is original to the car along with the 4 speed top loader. I was told engine was a good motor was driven into the shop where I purchased it. Motor turns over by hand. Motor is dated 4 h 12 and is a C5ae -6015f. It has an aftermarket shifter with the car. The 289 motor has a two barrel intake on it. It you plan on restoring the car it needs everything underneath replaced. It has been parked since 1984 The rear convert only structure is very usable and the convertible only drip rail is very nice. Convert top frame is very nice along with the stainless around the windows. Has all the convertible only windows. The convertible back seat is super nice the frame is not rusty.
