Re-list due to a person with no feedback in a foreign country clicking on BUY NOW and then no response. If you are looking for a stunning example of the beautiful R129 500 SL, you have found it. It’s red with special order saffron leather. It’s only lived in south Florida and Georgia and has always been garaged. It has only covered 57,706 miles and has never been wrecked or damaged. I recently had both catalytic converters replaced because they were rattling. The Yokohama tires are BRAND NEW. The spare has never been on the ground. The tops work perfectly. This car was exactly what I was looking for almost 2 years ago when I found it. I have only driven it 7,000 miles in good weather and it has never spent a night out during my watch. The only reason for sale is that I now also have a 2005 SL 600 and, try as I might, can’t justify keeping both. The antenna is broken but I am going to try to get it fixed before the sale ends…no guarantees on that. There are a couple of stitches that need attention around the back window of the soft top but it’s not bad at all and the top is in good condition. Some minor scuffing on some of the wheels but, again, not bad but just want to disclose everything. I can work with the buyer on pickup and payment but would like a $500 deposit by PayPal. I will pay for shipping if the BUY IT NOW option is selected. You won’t be disappointed in this great car so buy with confidence. The title is clean, clear, and in hand.
