Honda 1983 Atc70 very rare promotional Holiday give away ONLY (not sold). 1983 every Honda dealership received one blue "Christmas Special". Atc HOLY GRAIL, the most collectable Atc by far and only offered in blue. I bought this Atc locally 3 months ago and now must sell. NO RESERVE. Tires are in good shape and all original. The blue paint on the metal looks lighter than on the fenders. The underside of the tank is clean paint no rust, frame paint is shiny no rust (looks new), the rims/hubs/hardware NO RUST. This Atc is the cleanest I have ever seen, even the bottom skid plate is NOT dented. The handle bar pad has a blemish on the Honda Logo, but I believe it's replaceable. This Atc starts first pull and runs great. I rode it twice for inspection and started it monthly, other than that I have done nothing to this Atc since I bought it, except a wash.
