You are bidding on a 1 owner 2001 ford e-250 cargo van with contractor shelving inside. There is a title but you have to get a new reconstructed title. The insurance co. totaled it for a dented roof from a branch. I was keeping it for parts. However it starts right up and drives. I just drove it for 10 miles.
