Hello bidders! Here we have a beautiful 1974 Carrera tribute for your consideration. This car came to us 10 years ago as a rust free, running and driving project out of California. To make a very long story as short as possible this 911 was completely taken apart and I mean completely, bolt by bolt and piece by piece and restored to a very high degree of quality. The engine and trans was removed and engine was rebuilt to S specifications using all factory parts. The trans was perfect so just a flush and fill and it is shifting flawlessly. While the mechanicals were out of the car the body was stripped and repainted in the ORIGINAL Mexico Blue That this car left the factory with in 74. There is no filler or rust in this car be assured. The paint quality is of an extremely high standard and shows extraordinarily well. The suspension and brakes and all bushings, rack, rods and related bits were all new and installed during this extensive restoration. The Fuchs wheels and tires are in excellent condition as well as all glass and seals. The interior is very nice and has the correct steering wheel and power windows. The dash is showing a few minor cracks as this was the only thing not addressed during the restoration as the dash wasn't bad enough to bother me but it is worth mentioning. There is just 9200 miles on this car since it was restored to new factory condition so it is like getting a practically new car. It shows extremely well on close inspection and it is a no excuses car ready for show, collection, or can be driven all day every day if desired. It runs very strong and tracks perfectly and stops as it should. Very quick and responsive and offers no disappointments to any buyer. I built this car at my well known Porsche shop "Nuen Werke German" with the intention of creating a no expense spared tribute 911 Carrera that I could take to shows, win, and at the same time attract business. Firstly the engine and transmission are numbers matching and original to the car. The paint was originally Mexico blue from the factory and was restored correctly. The car was painted with mechanicals removed so the jambs, trunk and engine bay are properly done. The fuel system is completely refreshed as well as all engine accessories and it starts first crank, and runs like a sewing machine with no odd noises, rattles or other problems. The car is very reliable and consistent and will take you anywhere if you decide to pick it up in person and drive her home. Everything works and there is no damaged, broken or half-ass parts on this 911. I hope Ii have covered everything here as it is too difficult to post the dozens of inquiries I have had. Lastly, if your feedback is very low or inconsistent you must contact me to talk about your intentions or I will have to remove your bid. I have sold many cars here and other venues and it is an unfair waste of everyone's time and my money to have a no sale after the auction.
