Vehicle Detail
1967 Ford Mustang in amazing condition. Tires are good, Brakes and suspension are tight and work perfect. Starts right up and shifts smooth. No rust anywhere and never has had rust. I have owned for 5 years and redid the upholstery including seats, headliner and vinyl top. There was no major rust under the top. Repainted with Springtime Yellow Paint. This car has no damage history however was stolen many years back and recovered and re-branded "SALVAGE". Currently registered with all fees up to date. This is a great looking car and very clean. The engine is original I believe and the transmission too. There are some spots under the trans and rear end if left for a while. Nothing major though. Runs and drives even with the non rebuilt drivetrain! Now when I bought the car from Copart Auction the miles were listed at 66,102 original miles. I have no way of verifying this though. There are appx 67000 on it now as it has just been sitting in my garage. This car was made in San Jose, CA. This car is unmolested and with factory Power Disc Brakes and factory Power Steering a great car to let appreciate. Also factory A/C that as mentioned needs work. Climate control compressor is good just needs work on the vacuum lines I believe as it does hold a charge. Heater also is inop as it need a new heater core. Hubcaps are not original but I like the spinner type so bought them. When I got the car there were no hubcaps on the car. If you have any questions feel free to ask. Also if you want to send your mechanic over to see it or come yourself that is fine. I can also take it to any mechanic of your choosing to have it inspected if you are far away. The mechanic just has to be close to where I am! My name is John is you want to email me. See the youtube video by searching "1967 Mustang under car video DUOCLASSICS" for a video from under the car.On Feb-12-15 at 10:28:19 PST, seller added the following information: Engine and trany are tired as said above. So assume they will both need rebuild soon.
