2003 FORD E-250 ECONOLINE VAN 2003 Ford E-250 Econoline Van. VIN 1FDNS24L53HA36994. Clear Oklahoma title. 40,116 actual miles. THIS VEHICLE IS NOT OPERABLE. This van has been converted for rehabilitative driver education. However, none of these special systems are in working order and may not even be repairable. Vehicle does not run, does not start, and is not drivable in its current configuration. Vehicle is not presently equipped with normal starting, steering, acceleration, braking, or gear selector mechanisms. Has had extensive modification to driver seating area to accommodate a wheelchair. Originally acquired new in 2003 as a converted van. Taken out of service three years ago. Equipped with V-8 engine, automatic transmission, air conditioning, AM/FM with tape player, and power windows/door locks. Operating condition of all systems is unknown. Body is in good condition. Paint is fair. Side cargo doors do not open, probably affected by van conversion. This is definitely a project.
