2005 Volvo XC 70 All Wheel Drive Cross Country Station Wagon - Leather/Sunroof - One Owner 262,091 Miles New York State Residents Please Know Your Restrictions When Bidding On This Vehicle. The owner assured me the tranny and timing belts were done within a year to a year and a half or so. He has no reason to be deceitful since he donated the car to charity for a tax deduction. Car runs and drives like a 60,000 mile car. Looks excellent inside and out. No check engine light illumination on this car. He finally decided to move on to another car because the radiator started to leak on this one. Shipping is recommended since the anti-freeze will leak out after a couple of miles and potentially overhear the car. The windshield has a large crack, therefore it will not pass NY State inspection. This car is going to the highest bidder - No Reserve! This car has matching Pirelli tires (about 5000 miles on them) and excellent brakes. Don't be afraid of the the mileage, it was well taken care of and runs out fine - no noises, smoking, misfire or slippage. Because of the crack in the windshield, it will not pass NY State inspection ... New York residents are unable to bid or buy unless they are a registered car dealer, registering/re-titling the vehicle out of state or are using it for “Parts Only”. When a car is sold as “Parts Only’ or “Salvage” it must pass a NY State “Salvage Inspection”. This is done to keep rebuilt wrecks that are unsafe off the road – especially vehicles with frame damage or airbag deployment. My cars are rarely rebuildable wrecks and therefore will easily pass this strict inspection process when the problem that is advertised is corrected. There are about 10 to 15 NY State salvage inspection sites in NY State – 2 or 3 are on Long Island and there are a couple in NY City. Call me for further clarification. As a registered NY State dealer I am unable to sell a car that won’t pass inspection to a NY State resident. Anyone else can bid and buy.
