Hi Everyone. This is a vehicle my dad used to go back and forth to work in. He drove the heck out of this little diamond in the rough, so it has higher miles, but these Vortec 4.3L V-6s run forever. He routinely serviced the engine and transmission, like clockwork. My dad has most, if not all, of the receipts for any service work that he or anyone else has performed on this SUV. This beast cruises down the road smoothly, runs great. Originally from Houston, it has always been in Texas, so no rust. Because my dad wanted to cruise in style to work, the SUV has been lowered 2 inches in the front with Bell-Tech spindles, and 2 inches in the rear with blocks. Since none of the suspension geometry has been altered, it rides like it is on glass. Also, the Cervinis Ram Air style hood was on the vehicle when he acquired it. This SUV is 20 years old and there are several areas where improvements could be made. It's not perfect by any means, but it is a good reliable vehicle for the price. And like every other 20 year old, this SUV is trying to find its way in the world. Would you be able to help it out?
