Here is a 1966 Chevy II Nova Post Car with a freshly built 327 engine bored .30 over and was Dyno'ed at 507 HP at 6500 RPM and 445 Ft Lbs of Torque @ 5000 RPM. Over $5000 was spent on engine alone. Here is the specs on the engine rebuild: LARGE JOURNAL NITRIDED CRANK FULL FLOATING RODS J/E FORGED 11 TO 1 COMPRESSION 5/16 P/C FILE MOLLY RINGS 2.02/1.60 ANGLE PLUG HEADS (292 TURBO'S) PROFESSIONALLY PORT & POLISHED NEW K-MOTION VALVES AND SPRINGS W/10 LOCKS MILODON 18 THOUSANDS HEAD GASKETS 7/16 SCREW IN STUDS 1.6 CRANE ALUMINUM ROLLER ROCKERS MILODEN ADJUSTABLE TRUEROLLER TIMING CHAIN SET CUSTOM LAZER HYDROLIC CAM (RPM RANGE 1800 - 7200) UNILITE HYFIRE IV ELECTRONIC DISTRIBUTOR BARRY GRANT 650 CFM BEAR CLAW CARB WITH 4 CORNER IDLE EDELBROCK SCORPION INTAKE HEADMAN DRAG RACE HEADERS 1 3/4 PRIMARY TUBES It has a NEWLY Rebuilt 4 speed Muncie transmission and new clutch that was installed to replace the original automatic transmission. (Still has column shifter elbo on steering column) The rear is a big 10 bolt rear with about 3:55 gears ( I am saying this as my opinion ) Added to the front was a disc brake kit. The Blue paint is driver quality on a pretty solid and straight body. The undercarriage is solid with good floor pans and trunk. No undercoating to hide anything. The interior looks good with newly covered front and rear seats. The dash is good. The carpet is decent as is the headliner. The wipers work as does all lights. The tires have good tread with chrome wheels. Good driving car that you can drive and enjoy and not break the bank. This car is very fun to drive.
