This Honda is in excellent shape with only 52,xxx miles. This was a government owned car that was operated in the Imperial Valley area of California before we purchased it. It has been well cared for. This is an alternative fuel car and qualifies for car pool access lanes in several states. The Honda Civic GX is one of the cleanest cars on the road helping to safe guard our environment. CNG in So Cal costs anywhere from 1.60 to about 2.40 per gallon. That makes this car one of the LEAST EXPENSIVE cars to operate on the road today. This was a daily commuter car for us for the past few years here in California. We LOVED using the car pool lanes with it. The car gets about 31 mpg on the highway and has a range of about 220 miles with a full tank. The oil has been changed about every 6000 miles and we have used Mobil One synthetic oil exclusively. We have replaced the transmission recently and during the last 10,000 miles have replaced many parts on this car. Here is a list of items that we have receipts to show for: Belts including a brand new timing belt, front brakes, two new tires, transmission and engine mounts, new front arm bushings, fuel filter and tune up. The interior is in excellent condition (see photos) and we are providing seat covers for all seats and have installed a Dash Mat for sun protection of the dashboard. We have also upgraded the headlights to the newer brighter headlamps for additional road lighting for night driving safety. The air conditioning works well. We replaced the radio with a new JVC bluetooth allowing you to use hands free cell phone operation, AM/FM CD unit with remote. We replaced the front door radio speakers with upgraded models. This car is in really good condition!! We already have the smog completed. It's just waiting for you to come pick it up, drive it and start waving good bye to everyone as you PASS them driving SOLO in the carpool lane!!! Green paint has faded on top of car and top area of front and back bumpers due to age of car and desert sun. The body has a few minor dings due to age but only minor, no dents. County side door decals removed but some scratches remain. Car is listed for sale locally and may be sold at anytime.
