Rebuilt, Rebuildable & Reconstructed

1983 Honda CR 480, motor bottom end torn down, inspected, all bearings/seals replaced. Top end bored to 90.5mm, new piston/rings installed. Frame/swingarm/fork lowers powdercoated in white. Hubs/engine cases powdercoated black. New VMX plastic, with NOS front fender installed. New Full circle rims, laced w/ HD stainless steel spokes.New tires, brakes, wheel bearings. Shock rebuilt by race tech, forks gone thru w/ new seals/oil. New bars/levers, original cables used where possible. Tank polished(has a scar on rt. side, lower). New DG exhaust pipe,w/ new DG silencer. New seat foam/cover. All bolts & nuts yellow zinc plated. Bike starts in 2-4 kicks. Bike is ready to race or show. Bike is sold on as-is basis. They didn't have warranty or gaurantees when new, and still don't. Buyer is responsible for ALL shipping arrangements & costs.
