I have owned this car for 8 years and it has been driven regularly. It is a very good "driver quality" car and shows OK, motor compartment needs sprucing up. The motor and transmission have been rebuilt with hotter cam and a mild shift kit. The car cranks and runs great. The car tracks perfectly and "goes down the road" like you would want one too. It is a pleasure to drive. This car is in "fly-in, drive-home" condition. It has power steering and power brakes. I have replaced following: interior, including carpet and seat coverings, Canvas top, windshield, Stereo, Shocks and tires. All of the chrome has been redone. The floor of car was covered in heat and noise reducing stick-on dynamat that really made a difference. Ball joint and bushings, and shocks. I had it painted with all chrome and trim removed. It is base coat, clear coat and been color sanded and buffed. You can cruise and listen to stereo at a reasonable volume. I'm selling the Vette because I am now 72 and am finding it harder to get in and out of, so i am restoring a 56 chevy car that offers easier access. There is a chip the size of a nickle on drivers side of the convertible top cover. There is a seam split about 1/2 inch long on passenger rear quarter. There is a vacuum problem that doesn't affect the running/driving of car, but does affect the heater controls and the windshield wipers. The Head lights work fine. No warranty on car, as is where is.
