The glove box did not have the original build sheet. This truck spent most of its life in Arizona. It has been in Indiana for the last five years, but has been garaged and only driven in nice weather. The body was stripped in and out and repainted a Corvette color called Victory Red. The original color of the truck was red, but this red is deeper and much better. The rockers and cab corners were replaced at that time. All new reproduction exterior trim was put on including bumpers, upper and lower woodgrain moldings. Some of the trim is starting to fade and could use a good polishing. Also replaced were the side marker lights, grill, Cheyenne Super emblems, door handles, tailgate band and trim, blinker lenses and housing on the front, lenses rear, new windshield and rear window with new rubber and stainless trim, new window felts and vent window rubber. The body was mounted using new body, bed and radiator support mounts. The gauges work. The dash has not been cut and sports and am/fm cassette radio with speakers mounted in the aftermarket kick panels. This trucks has a tilt steering column and the gas tank (25 gallon) was relocated to the rear of the frame to increase the room in the cab. The interior has been insulated to keep the interior quiet. The brakes were upgraded to a 1 ton booster and master cylinder. It rides on 17" American Racing wheels and BF Goodrich All Terrain 285/70R17 with a 2 1/2" Skyjacker lift kit. The 350 motor was rebuilt approximately 4000 miles ago along with the smooth shifting turbo 350 automatic transmission. It has an Eaton limited slip carrier with 3.73 R&P gear set. This truck gets lots of stares and starts many conversations everywhere you go. It runs great and is easy to drive. It is not perfect, but in great shape. It is not meant to be a trailer queen. I have not had the time to enjoy it like I should and it is time to pass it on to someone else who will. Title is clean and lien free. Mileage is exempt due to age and having no idea how many miles are really on the truck. Buyer responsible for shipping and pickup. I can get transport quotes for you. If you are an Indiana resident or pick up the vehicle in the state of Indiana, I will need to collect sales tax. The remaining balance is due within 5 business days of auction end.
