This cars condition is impeccable. Both hard and soft top, as well as a top caddy with wheels for storing the cumbersome hard top come with the car. This car has all the bells and whistles, and screams "classy". The first thing you will notice is that the dashboard and seats look brand new. This is because the owner had a dash pad made for protectiin. The seats had sheepskin covers to protect them from fading and cracking. Very little driving and garage kept, ensured the carpets and the rest of the car stayed looking as new for as long as it has. The cars paint is beautifully done. It looks to me as if it was repainted within the las 5 years I also have the original stereo, owners manual, etc. the back deck with stereo speakers is also still with the car. We bought the car from a local man looking to take the cash to finish restoring 2 collector cars of his own. Unless we take these types of cars in on trade, we normally would not give them a second look. At a recent auction in California this past week, we saw several older like type Mercedes sell for over $18,000. One identical Mercedes with more miles on her did not meet the reserve and was a no sale at over $18,500 One look at this car and I knew I had to have it !!!
