This pickup is in a good shape for being 54 years old. I bought the truck to keep it, but I found a 356 Porsche and I felt in love with it. So I need to see my VW. The previous owner had started on restoring the pickup and had installed a lot of new parts. The engine runs good and strong. The main chassis and the front cabin is rust free. There are some rust in the back pickup/flap doors. Those doors are very hard to find and I think that's why the previous owner did not change them.
