1997 Ferrari 355 Spider You are looking at a WELL KEPT 1997 Ferrari 355 Spider. The 355 Spider never lets you down and never makes excuses. Ferrari did nothing but a GREAT JOB when they designed the 355 Spider and CREATED AN ICON!!! This 355 is in GOOD CONDITION for the year. The leather has just a little wear for age and you can tell that this car was !!! For sale is a F355.Considered by many to be one of the most beautiful cars Ferrari ever designed, this car is fast, fun, reliable and a pleasure to own! Car drives great and sounds great no issues here. This car is well sorted and is ready to drive. Low mileage Ferraris have a tendency to develop problems because they are not driven enough to keep seals oiled and parts from sitting in one spot. Also somethings dont get addressed like valve guides because they haven't showed up yet. This one has the perfect mileage to prevent that. Look at the pics they speak for themselves. Garaged, paint maintained by professional detail garage, newer tires, 6 speed shifts smooth (dont buy a F1 they can be a nightmare, not always but if it does you will need deep pockets). No sticky parts! It attracts more attention than you want. A better sounding Ferrari has never been built and this cars look is timeless. The interior shows a little wear but not as much as you would expect. The shift knob has some scratches which is from driving and the center console has the numbers etc faded from age and a couple of loose buttons. Has Ferrari floor mats with red stitching and owners manuals. This is a great F355 and enjoyable to drive. I could jump in it now and drive to California. Oil was changed and air filters replaced. Paint was recently polished and waxed. I'm not a good photographer so the pics dont do this car justice. Something you should know Ferrari is a different class of car. You can park it next to a $140,000 Porsche 911 and they walk by it to ask if they can get a pic with your Ferrari. Some colors dont sell as well as others. They dont pop and say Ferrari like red and black does, much more rare in this color combo. A cheap Ferrari is the most expensive one. Low mileage doesnt mean a better Ferrari. Its worth more and might win a show but like any car if its not driven it causes problems . It comes equipped with a 6 Speed Manual Transmission The frame to the 355 is a steel monocoque with tubular steel rear sub-frame and front and rear suspensions using independent, unequal-length wishbones, coil springs over gas-filled telescopic shock absorbers with electronic control servos and anti-roll bars. This feature allows selection between two damper settings, Comfort and Sport. Ferrari intended to improve low-speed drivability relative to the outgoing 348.
