Vehicle Detail

Good Day, You are viewing my 1976 Corvette Stingray. I purchased this vehicle a month ago from someone i know who lost his job and needed to free up some cash. Although i really enjoy owning and driving this car, I don't really need it and have decided to sell it. It is a good honest daily driver. It looks great from 10 feet away, but has some minor cosmetic blemishes. Vehicle shows 22k on the odometer. Title shows that the mileage is exempt. I am assuming that the mileage is 122k. I will try to list everything i know about the car, but feel free to call me at 484-947-1481 or email me to ask questions. It has a 5.7 Liter 350 cubic inch engine and a turbo 350 Automatic Transmission and both run like it just came out of the factory. I believe they were both rebuilt at some point, but i'm not sure when. It really will get up and go! Newer Weber CarburetorBrand New Brake Master CylinderBrand New BatteryTires have good tread and wheels look niceT-Tops are fully functional and work great Things it needs to be perfect; Speedometer does not work, needs lubricated i believe because odometer works just fine. (Its a great excuse for the cops, "no really officer, I have NO IDEA how fast i was going...) Paint looks good from a few feet but up close you can see a few areas that could be touched up- cracking paint around antenna and very tip of nose, a fading spot on the hood and you can see that a repair was done on the drivers side door at some point. Radio does not work (but the engine sounds really good!) A/C Belt is missing. Previous owner said it made noise so he took it off. He always drove the car with the t-tops off, so he didnt need a/c Headlights stay up It could use an alignment Previous owner stated that the 'tail shaft seal' was weeping. I have not noticed this and the trans fluid level has not gone down. My mechanic stated that this is a very easy repair on this car. He is booked until mid January but i am planning on bringing it it to be checked when he is free unless it sells before that time. I have priced the reserve to reflect all these minor things. As i said, the car looks and runs very good and is fun to drive, I would suggest that you come look at it in person to see for yourself. I will try to update pictures as soon as we have a day nice enough to take off the t tops and get some better pictures.
