Vehicle Detail

. .First off let me say this car has to one of the MOST SOLID WAGONS I have seen in years !!! Please be sure all your questions have been answered BEFORE BIDDING not after bidding ! thanks No time and to much going on so someone is really going to like makeing this car just what they like. NO RESERVE AUCTION !!!!!!!! I'm looking to receive a 300. paypal deposit immediately at auction end from the winner. If this is a problem I ask that you please not bid. NO RESERVE AUCTION. THIS WILL BE SOLD TO THE HIGH BIDDER !You can do a full resto and make it a big dollar ride or use it basically as it sits. It’s hard to believe this wagon is now 50 years old !!!!! 3rd seat for the kids!! This is a fun “jump back in time” woody wagon. I’m told by the previous owner it’s got a 302 V8 that runs and drives well. Power steering and automatic. , over the years it’s received a cosmetic restoration. The body and the inside look very decent. There is some rust in the tailgate(as pictured) that could use attention, or leave it like it is. The tailgate open and closes well. Most of the chrome is AMAZING. Please feel free to come inspect the car or send an inspection company to do it for you. The car also has a dual exhaust system on it along with a pair of rear air shocks. It also has a rear power window that does work. The car starts nice hot or cold. If you let it sit for a long period of time you have to pump the gas pedal before starting. I also see in the garage I get some drip from what looks like the transmission pan gasket. I also see the horn is inop. The tires are what look like an original style bias ply that are old and should probably be changed. All the outside lights work good from headlights to brake lights to park lights and also the license plate light works. I bought this car last year and used it on a transport plate so I never registered it. I have the title I received with the car along with a bill of sale. They were just signed and handed to me so this can be used to get plates. The miles show 77,891. I have no way of knowing if that's been over or not. This description is mearly my opinion. Selling as is condition with no reserve. By bidding you accept the above terms. Please feel free to come inspect the car or send an inspection company to do it for you. As pictured,, the “1965” state inspection sticker is still on the windshield 50 years later. This is a Sweet old toy that someone is gonna have a lot of fun with !!! THIS WOODIE IS BETTER THAN MONEY IN THE BANK ! Not a 50,000.00 dollar show car, just a fun "Blast from the past" !!!! Thanks On Jan-02-15 at 19:48:56 PST, seller added the following information: THANKS FOR ALL THE QUESTIONS AND COMPLIMENTS. IT IS A GREAT LOOKING FUN BUGGIE. ONE THING I FORGOT TO MENTION IS IT DOES NEED A HEADLINER. ANY OTHER QUESTIONS FEEL FREE TO SEND THEM. THANKS On Jan-05-15 at 17:30:34 PST, seller added the following information: To answer a few questions the frame shows very solid. As do the floor pans as pictured. I see the spare tire well is also solid looking. The plug in the bottom drain hole is missing showing the spare tire but the hole and around it isn't rotted. If someone took the time to put some black paint under the car it would really clean it up. please come and verify this for yourself. I showed the car to one of the current bidders yesterday and am going to make myself available this weekend for a few other people who have asked to see it. Thanks On Jan-06-15 at 08:30:22 PST, seller added the following information: Someone just asked me if the chrome was any good. I have to say most of the chrome is just beautiful. A very high deep shine. Unsure if it was rechromed at one time or if it is original. And as far as miles go I see the front of the title shows all 9's so I would say the 77,891 must have been over. On Jan-10-15 at 07:05:30 PST, seller added the following information: I had a question about how the paint looks. I would say it's a clean driver fun wagon not a show car. It's older paint but still looks ok. Also a question about the miles if original or not. I would say the mileage should be considered over and accuracy unknown. Any vintage car of this era could have any amount of miles. thanks
