This 911 belongs to a client and very close friend of mine who is reluctantly offering this fine example for bid due to some changes in his life currently. I will give you a brief History before discussing the nuts and bolts of the car. He purchased this car as a solid original 1974 project about a decade ago. The car was an original California car before he acquired it. Clean and rust free, as well as damage free and running and driving nicely. The original odometer shows 150k. The true miles are under 10k since total cosmetic and mechanical restoration. Over the course of ten years he hired my shop to completely rebuild the engine to S specifications using all new hardware, Parts, and gaskets/seals. There are no leaks and runs like a sewing machine. The transmission was serviced as well and shifts perfectly. The suspension was refreshed using new and correct parts as well as the entire brake system. Next came a fully restored interior including correct power windows. The interior shows exceptionally nice with the exception of a few cracks in the dashboard that the client decided he could live with given the relatively minor nature of the issue. Spare tire is with the car but not shown in pics. It is in perfect condition. Next came the exterior. The car was completely stripped to bare metal and refinished correctly in the original Mexico blue that it wore when it left the factory. This 911 runs beautifully and should be considered a no excuses car with a high grade restoration. Bid with confidence and bid to win as there are very few examples of this caliber to be had.
