SINCE RESTORATION IN THE YEAR 2000, THIS SHOW QUALITY, CLASSIC WAS BORN IN HOUSTAN, TX. since then it has lived a short while in FORT CAMPBELL,KY and then the rest of it's life in sunny FLORIDA...NEVER EXPOSED, garage kept and never exposed to the elements and this is a RUST FREE CAR......We bought this car when my son had to go the Persian Gulf in 1990....as I said it has been in Florida ever since....in 1999 my brother was showing cars and i thought I might like to join him in the fun so i started resto on this car....it has undergone a lot since then..All trim off paint job by AL WEISMAN'S CLASSIC CAR in TARPON SPRINGS, FLORIDA...this car was media blasted to bare medal and prefessionally block sanded and primed and painted to look better than when it came from the factory!!! (see pics)..all emblems were replaced and dressed up with a new set of 15 inch PANASPORT WHEELS AND TIRES.....while it was at the paint shop ALL SEATS AND CARPETING removed and replaced..ALL NEW CARPETING AND ALL SEATS REUPHOLSTERED prefessionally by ELITE CUSTOM in TARPON SPRINGS....We decided that a cloth/vinyl combination would be a nice touch for the HOT FLORIDA heat and sun. (no burns from sitting on HOT VINYL!!!!),,,,NEW CUSTOM WOOD STEERING WHEEL and ALL NEW TEAKWOOD DASH PIECES AND CONSOLE PIECES stained and laquered by a professional cabinet maker to match the steering wheel...NEW VISORS and REAR VEIW MIRROR were also added,,NEW ANSA EXHAUST SYSTEM added.....NEW FRONT END PARTS replaced where needed and ALIGNED..ALL NEW BRAKE SYSTEM including LINES, NEW CALIPERS AND PADS and MASTER CYLINDER and for the 4 wheels disc brake system...NEW CLUTCH CABLE and NEW RADIATOR and ALL NEW ENGINE GASKETS (no leaks) NEW SHOCKS ...TUNEUP and IGNITION PARTS.. GAS TANK was removed and ACID BOILED and RED OXIDE COATED and NEW FUEL SENDING UNIT...FUEL PUMP...NEW CLOCK..and NEW SPOILER and INTERIOR FENDER LINERS....OUTER DOOR HANDLES ..... Most receipts availbale..... only problem i can think of is that i need a "heater core"... did not replace as i lived in florida and did not use heat......ONLY reason i am letting her go now is FINANCIAL PROBLEMS EXIST.....THIS CAR IS BEING SOLD AS IS....i will help buyer with any shipping, etc that may be necessary.....THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL CAR!!!!!!!
