The exterior is in excellent condition. There are no notable dents or dings on the vehicle, and the paint shines all around. Exterior features include chrome wheels, fog lamps, a tow package and roof rails with crossbars. The interior is in very good condition. There are no rips or tears in the leather seats. The dash, and door panels are in very good shape. Both front seats have power controls, and the driver's seat has 2 memory settings. Both front seats are heated. This 2nd row seats are also in very good shape. Rear passengers have their own A/C vents. This 3rd row seats look like they were rarely used. There are A/C vents and control back here, too. The cargo area is large and versatile. You can fold down any or all of the rear seats if you need extra cargo space, and there is plenty of it. This Jeep is brimming with factory equipment: power windows, locks and mirrors; remote entry; cold auto dual-zone air conditioning; trip computer / driver info center; power adjust pedals, rain sense wipers, tilt wheel, HomeLink, and much more. Residents of these states should be aware that they must pay sales tax to Florida at the rate imposed by their home state when they pick up and drive a vehicle from Florida and must also pay tax to their home state when the vehicle is licensed in their home state. If you are shipping the car, you pay tax only at home in those states. Legal Disclaimer: The parties agree to the following with regard to dispute resolution: Any disputes between the parties must first be addressed by mediation. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals. The parties recognize that the State of Florida has laws which provide for the shifting of the burden of attorney fees.
