Up for sale is this 1977 Chevrolet C10 Scottsdale truck. This truck was sold new at John Roth Chevrolet in Merced, CA and has spent most of it's life in the dry California climate and it shows. This truck is absolutely dry with zero rust. This truck is equipped with a 350 V8 with a mild cam and headers as well as an upgraded carb and manifold. The transmission has a stall converter installed and the transmission runs through all gears smoothly. The brakes are in excellent working condition. Recent work and previous upgrades include: new dual exhaust and mufflers, new tires, rear shocks, drop spindles, flip kit in the rear with blocks, new rear bumper, and a very nice original steering wheel added. This truck runs and rides well and I wouldn't hesitate to jump in and drive it anywhere. All electrical works as it should: lights, turn signals, wipers, gauges, interior lights, cigarette lights, heater, etc. All glass is in good condition and the doors lock. Factory optioned dual tanks work as well as the original switch and fuel gauge for both tanks. There is a bed liner included and the bed is in excellent condition as I believe this truck originally had a camper shell installed. The truck has been repainted before and is beginning to show it's age, but that is why I like it. The previous body work wasn't very good and you can see some signs of that on the passenger side. Overall the truck has a good look to it, drives well, and is something that can be used without being scared to scratch it. I have had many compliments and questions from people wherever I had gone in it. Included with the sale is a clear Oregon state title and the truck is currently registered until April 2015.
