I purchased this car a few years ago with intentions of acquiring a new title to register it and enjoy it however I don't have time to go through the motions to get a new title. The car has been off the road since 2003-04. This car was in a storage facility for a few years and the owner was making payments until he abandoned the vehicle. The car accumulated years in storage fees and was sold to me to offset cost and to also help pay for interests accumulated in the process. The car still smells NEW. The car has never seen rain, its never seen snow. The car has 3,917 ORIGINAL MILES. I can verify the miles. This car starts runs and drives like a new car the leather is mint everything works as new. The oil changes were done every 6-8 months despite not being driven, it gets washed a few times a year, gets pulled out of storage and run for hours at a time. I have put on about 1k miles since having it, driving it back and forth to gas stations and around town (I have a dealer plate) I did not have the heart to dis-assemble the car so I have left it in storage next to my car collection. The engine transmission interior are MINT. If you've ever had/owned/driven a 3K mile car this is how it feels. ITS A NEW CAR. I have a friend who offered to acquire a new title via a lien process however I do not have time at the moment to go through the motions. The car shows "salvage" on the car fax because it was apparently reported stolen in 2005 and then immediately recovered. AS FAR AS I KNOW, the car was put in storage because the owner was going through a divorce and has since been MIA. I have tried to reach out to the original owner without any success. I am now the OWNER of this car and I hope to see the car go to a new good home.
