This is a well used, well loved 1996 Saab 900S Convertible. With over a quarter of a million miles, this car has had incredible maintenance however needs to be adopted as I can not see her through this winter. As with all Saabs it needs to be driven AT LEAST once a week. This car will exhibit hard starting after that period but once it's going it's fine. I add dry gas when she sits and that helps, but with winter coming and with my traveling, she deserves better than I can provide. This car is as at home in 2 feet of snow or at the beach in July, cruising at 80 down I-95 or schlepping plants from the vittner, we have too many cars and Lil' Lovely has got to go- The top is a manual these days but could be repaired. The reverse is slow to engage but the drive gears are smooth and the car is peppy. Newer brakes but the right front end occasionally makes a squeal. Regular oil changes with Lucas and fresh Saab filters. Most important- EVERYTHING WORKS!!! The A/C is Florida cold, all lights, windows, locks and instruments/gauges, cruise work well. Stereo and info center function well with MP3 cassette adapter. The interior is in good shape but the vinyl drivers seat needs a cover. The car as you can see looks great and the exterior shines nicely, but she's a 20 footer. Scratches, little dings and minor paint loss/chips adorn this road warrior, but she cleans up NICEY-NICE! I would prefer to sell to a Saab enthusiast who will see her through another quarter million. Literally, they don't make them like this any more, or at all. A very safe, stylish and speedy car. We've loved this car for the last 4 years as our beach buggy and interstate cruiser. Not recommended now but this car will drive anywhere, it just needs a caring new owner! Bid with confidence!
