Brief history: This car belongs to my good friend, Mr. Floyd. He is 80 years old. He does not have an e-bay or a computer. This car was given to him as a perk by a local bank. He was a loan officer. Her retired in 1989. He preferred to drive his own car. He gave it to his mother to drive. She drove the car from 1977 to 2000 when she passed away. Mr. Floyd parked the car in dry storage from 2000 to now. The car comes with the original bill of sale. All the factory books and service records, including the metal service plate. The car has the original spare and jack, tool kit, first aid kit. This car is accident free, rust free, dent free. This car was bought in South Georgia and driven in South Georgia. The radio works, antenna works, no cracks on the dash. The seats are firm, not deflated as some M-Benz are of this age. This was a non-smoker car. Very nice interior. The car has power steering, brakes, power windows all work. The car has a/c. Mr. Floyd was told he had to remove the R-12 refrigerant for storage. The a/c was working when put in storage. It will need to be converted to R134 and the proper oil for the a/c system. The tires have thread and hold air. Local trips would be ok, but would have to be replaced. What was done: oil and filter changed, with proper diesel oil fuel system flushed from tank to injectors new fuel filters installed new diesel fuel added (3/4 of a tank) diesel fuel additive added new front disc brake pads, caliber, hydraulic hose rear stabilizer links nice old solid Mercedes Benz r On Nov-11-14 at 10:57:23 PST, seller added the following information: the car has a new battery installed. the correct one for a M-Benz diesel.
