This is a cool car with a cool situation. It spent most of its life since new on a US military base in Germany. About seven years ago the family brought it to the US where it was run on public streets for the first time, and I bought it. Gas tank has been boiled. Brake calendars rebuilt. NOS gas-fired furnace works great. Great tires. Very straight body with no rust. Vinyl top is in good condition. Clear window panels are function but somewhat scuffed. Starts and runs right now, ready to drive anywhere. Original engine never opened, with rebuilt carb, new fuel pump, paper air filter but I have the original oil bath filter as well. Cosmetically I have been painting it camo in the dessert style of WWII, and have made some minor changes such as taillights to also look more of that period. The goal being to make it resemble a German Jeep of that era. So the paint is not all yellow as it appears in the photos, take a look of the one on the trailer and others with camo paint to get an idea.
