Selling my very cool 1971 Blazer. Purchased this several months ago with the intention of restoring but looking to sell to pay off some bills. This has been my daily driver since I purchased it, unless it's bad weather. Since I've owned it I've had the transmission professional rebuilt (still under warrenty), had newer seats put it with the shoulder belts (still have original seats), had a new intake manifold/carburetor/and air cleaner put on, new fuel filter and had the gas tank dropped and gas gauge fixed. It was equipped with factory AC, but I have no idea what it would take to get it going (why would you need AC in a convertible??). It has rust in the usual places (rockers, front passenger fender and a few smaller bubbles here and there. I'm about to buy the rockers and fender and have them professionally installed, fill in the other spots including where there where mismatched side mirrors and have it painted. If I get that work done the price will go up. Very cool driver, gets attention wherever I go. Drive as is or total restore it. Book value for average retail is around $10K, restored they go up to $30K. These are getting harder and harder to find. This is for sale locally also, so auction may end early.
