Vehicle Detail

1969 Pontiac Firebird, not an H.O. No motor. It's an original 4 speed car. It has a Muncie Transmission. I'm not sure if it is a T-20 or 22 but it is all aluminum. The interior was already redone when I bought it, not a bad job. The seats are near mint, the headliner is perfect, carpet is new and the dash is ok. The rims are new along with the tires and front disk brakes (no booster). It has a Ford 9 inch posi traction rear end. I'm unsure of the gearing. The floors, trunk and sub frame are great. Those three reasons are why I bought it to begin with. All of the glass is good. I have all of the parts to put it back together including the fenders, hood, inner fenders and the rest of the front end. One of the fenders is in real bad shape though and it is full of filler. Some of the car was taken apart already when I bought it but the bolts are marked in baggies it looks like. It came from Vidalia Virginia and it has a clean title. It also comes with two new outer wheel wells OEM. As you can hopefully see in the pictures the drivers side is just clamped on and needs to be welded on. The passenger side has been almost trimmed off for replacement. I do have the passenger side well in the box it shipped in. It also will come with around 250 dollars worth of new front suspension parts. Basically all the bushings, tie rods, sleeves, upper and lower control arm bushings, etc. A new front end rebuild kit. The car is also for sale locally so if it is sold I will remove this listing. The car obviously will need to be towed or trailered. It does roll easily. Thank you.. If you have any questions please feel free to call. Chuck (586) 604-0607. It's a great project car in my opinion at least. I've just had nine back surgeries to many and just can't do it anymore physically but for you body guys or hobbyists, this is a good foundation in my opinion at least.
