Vehicle Detail
For Sale: 1993 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 Pace Car Hello Everyone: What you see is what you get with this car; I purchased the car in Florida in 2009; When I bought the car it had approximately 12,000 miles on it, so I've put a little over 2,500 miles on it, since I bought it from the dealership; The original owner traded in the car for a Cadillac; The interior and exterior of the car is in excellent condition; The all important door panels, seats, and decals are really nice; The paint on the car is gorgeous; There's no visible door dings or major scratches on the outside of the car; The exterior Indy 500 decals and stripes for the 1993 replica pace car are excellent; There is no visible damage to any portion of the interior; The carpet, the floor mats, the rear-hatch carpet, dash, gauges and console is mint; The headliner is nice and there's no dirt or trash inside of the car; The T-tops are really nice; There's no damage to the glass; All of the glass is clear, and scratch free; The wheels and tires are original; The original wheel lock lug is in the GM packaging, and is in the glove box; All of the decals in the engine compartment, inside of the doors are in great shape; All of the labeling on the interior components is scratch free and is easy to read; The nose of the car is not spider cracked; All of emblems on the exterior is in great shape; Even the red Chevrolet symbol on the nose is nice; The white bottom of the car is in really nice shape; The center caps on the wheels are not broke and are very clean; There is no curb rub on the wheels; I believe that the wheels have never been off the car; The car looks like it was put in a time capsule for the last 21 years; Please keep in mind that you are buying a used vehicle; This car is one of the cars out there that is as close to what a new pace car would of looked like at the dealer in 93, as you could possibly find; There are other cars out there with lower mileage than mine, but they are considerably more expensive than what I'm asking for my car; All of the hoses, belts, all rubbers are in great shape; There doesn't seem to be any leaks; The only issues known with the car is that the AC could possibly need to be recharged, and I do believe that the radio was replaced at some point in time because the writing on the radio is in white and not gold; It might be a 94 GM radio with CD player; Someone installed a reproduction strobe pacer lighting system in the car, so when you hit the switch, the lights will strobe like the actual pace car lit up on race day; All of the exterior and interior lighting works and all lighting is bright; If you are the winning bidder, the car will come with the matching model kit; If you are the winning bidder, shipping will be discussed and determined outside of the auction, so the winning bid will not include shipping; Please consider this auction a legal contract; Please only bid on this car if you intend on buying it; I think I'm being very fair with my price; There was another car on EBAY recently with more that 60,000 miles, and given that my car only has 14,711 miles on it, my price is very competitive; There is no damage, excessive road grime, or grease in the engine compartment or underneath the car; Please let me know if you have any questions; For some reason, that last mileage report was in 2010, when I got the title put into my name; For some reason the title has incorrect mileage on it, which is totally not accurate; That was a typo on the part of the DMV, which I've seen before; I've put exactly 1953 miles on the car, since I took ownership; When I bought the car, it had 12,758 on the odometer; I have the paper work from the dealer that I gave to the DMV so I don't know where that came from; I've never had a hard plate on it; The dealer gave me a paper tag to drive it home, and then I got a temp tag in MD, to get it inspected, which I never did, because I decided to put it in the garage and never drive it because of the low miles; The original tires would never last for over 60,000 miles; Also, the odometer is only 5 digits; Once the 6th digit hits, it will never go away; Once the car is purchased, the winning bidder can give the correct mileage to their DMV and have the miles corrected on the title if they so choose; I have all of the paperwork that I got from the dealer that will go with the car, less anything with my social security number on it; I will only accept cash, an official bank check, ie.... Bank of America, or a wire transfer; Please, no test drives or tire kicking; I think I'm being very fair; This car is being sold AS-IS, no warranties; I am 100 percent on EBAY, so everything I sell is very true and legitimate; Again, please don't bid unless you intend on buying this car; Thanks again and Good Luck and Happy Bidding! A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 dollars is due within 48 hours of close of auction; Thanks
