For sale is a larger than life 1978 cadillac eldorado biarritz in the very desirable color combo of triple white with red accents. The car purchased from the original owner in maryland around 2010 with just over 21000 miles on it, I have driven it sparingly to local car shows and events to where it now has 22245 miles. It was presented to me when I bought it as a never driven in rain or bad weather, pampered car and shows that way. The bumper filler / Extensions have been replaced on all 4 corners with aftermarket ABS. The weather stripping is soft and like new, The under side of the car is in perfect condition with no rust or repairs, Has its original undercoat from factory. The exhaust system is in perfect condition with Catalytic converter, muffler and resonator all in place in very nice condition. All shows the way a cared for low mile car should. The rear self level air system has been converted to manual monroe air shocks, The half padded top is in perfect condition, the chrome is all excellent condition. The car is close to as new appearance for a 36 year old car. I bought this car a while back and have enjoyed nice weather rides and some car shows, I have kept with the always in a heated garage pampering. I replaced the power steering hoses, The rear brake calipers because they had small leaks, Also recently serviced Transmission with new filter gasket and fluid , fresh oil and filter with ZDP additive. Although as with any other old car I have to sell it with as-is no warranty terms, I would not expect this car to have any problems on a long highway trip. The car just passed NYS safety inspection, Everything on the car works. I feel the car is of investment quality, and I think these cars will soon have there day in the sun as far as appreciation being the last full size Eldorado. Haggerty Valuation tool shows a significant rise in value and states a $14,400.00 average value based on sales. This is in my opinion an above average car. If you are looking for one of these that is a low mile mechanically proven car that is currently registered and in working order that has recently had service to all the systems, this is one to consider. Please ask all questions, and or look at the car or have someone look at it for you, I would ask for a $400.00 deposit within 48 hours of auction end and the rest paid in person or through bank transfer. I will accommodate shipping by meeting a shipper at an open lot near a major highway. I will also allow 30 days for pickup with the car safe in my heated garage to help arraignments to be made by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost. I have no problem with over seas buyers but will not fill out any forms for export that require personal information, so please know the ropes and have someone here to act on your behalf with payment and shipping.
