Second owner. Knew first owner, old guy also. Always garaged, pampered vehicle for sure. No accidents. Virtually all freeway miles. Owned this truck for three years. Upon purchase (~51K miles) I changed all of the fluids and filters to include: transmission, differential, power steering and brakes, coolant (boiled out radiator), PVC valve, air/fuel filters and always use NAPA Full Synthetic engine oil. Since then I replaced the shock absorbers with yellow Bilsteins, the battery, brake master cylinder, and serpentine belt. More recently (~65K miles) I upgraded the truck by adding a camper shell, rubber bed mats, carpeted floor mats and dash cover, nerf bars/running boards, bull bar with fog lamps and new after market wheels with meaty Hankook tires. The 4.3 V6 is quiet, has a lot of torque and gets a true 21 MPG on regular fuel. The truck is super clean inside and out, has a killer audio system, nice leather steering wheel and a third door that is very handy. The body has one small dent in the back rear quarter panel (see pic), left by an anonymous donor, repair est $300 (repair dent/blend paint). The truck does not burn oil or leave spots on the garage floor. I've never had to add oil. The engine, however, does seep oil from the rocker arm covers and the rear main seal. This is common with this engine, my mechanic says not to worry but repair to make perfect would be est $1300. I recently retired and no longer drive the truck often. Looking for a buyer that appreciates what a great driving, reliable truck this is. I live an hour east of San Diego. Will cooperate with a shipper if needed. The tags are valid until June 2015. Also the original Chevy mag wheels with decent tires are available if desired. Additionally, yes there is a third seat in the back that folds down from the wall. It is large enough for an adult and folds away when not in use.
