Offered here a Jaguar XK140 Fixed Head Coupe that was rescued from a barn in Colorado. It has been restored and has won numerous trophies at local car shows and was awarded “Most Desirable Car” out of 100+ cars at the British-European Auto Tour in 2012. At some point in its history the 3.4 L engine was replaced with a 3.8L coupled with an overdrive transmission. The overdrive plus the standard 3.54 ratio differential provides exceptional high speed touring with low engine rpms. Modifications: aluminum radiator ( original will be provided), Pertronix ignition, 12V battery, electrical switch for starting carburetor. (All these can be reversed if the new owner desires.) What’s new: bumpers and over riders, grill, radiator, brake components, hoses, all interior parts and headliner, 5 wire wheels and tires. What’s missing: windshield washer parts and trunk light.
