You are buying a 1970 Plymouth GTX Project Car. I am selling a 1970 GTX that is a complete rolling body less engine. The old orange paint job and primer makes the car look way worse than it is and this car is very solid and straight. The transmission is in the car as well as the driveshaft and original 8 3/4 rear end but I do not know the ratio. This is a fairly high option car and is B5 blue and no vinyl top. The options include: console automatic transmission, bucket seats, tach, power brakes, factory a/c, performance hood treatment, remote mirror, sport steering wheel. This car has NEVER BEEN WRECKED and the substructure is perfectly straight. The air grabber hood is an original in nice condition but is not original to this car. The airbox is missing but the door and hinge is there and are nice. All the airbox mounting studs are perfect The grille, headlight bezels, tail lights, trim, wiper arms, glass and most everything else are the correct original parts to this car and are nice condition. The missing hood and left fender trim are included and nice (just not installed). The original bucket seats and rear seat are in Super Solid and will just need recovered. The bucket seat backs and release mechanisms are all nice as well. The console is Very Nice with only one tiny stress crack on the top rear (as all of these originals will have) The top plate and door are nice but will need the woodgrain decal replaced. The optional wood steering wheel is complete but has a crack as shown. I DO HAVE ALL THE MATCHING KEYS and the ignition, trunk and door locks all work fine. This is a SOLID SOUTHERN CAR that has not been in the northern road salt. The under body looks very clean and there is no rust issues in the cowling, firewall, inner fenders, roof. The only rust issues I see is around the wheelwells and the bottom of the quarters. The car will also need a trunk floor as someone cut the center of the trunk floor out at one time and mounted a piece of sheet metal in its place. The panel between the rear window and trunk will need replaced as there is a little patchwork on the lip of the rear window. This car will not need complete quarters, just patch panels and some work on the outer wheelwell lips. The dash and rallye gauges all look to be complete and intact and the woodgrain trim all looks very nice. The interior has been sealed and not rained in and is completely intact. The original fender tag is in place but there is no build sheet. All the original suspension including the correct skid plate k frame, sway bar, control arms, spindles, 11" brakes and everything else is completely untouched and super nice. There is NO RUST PITTING on the underbody as this car was not driven in the road salt. You will save thousands starting with a basically complete car like this that has most of the very hard to find parts intact over starting with a disassembled basket case that is missing everything. The car is located in Queens, NY and has a clean Arkansas title. I would highy encourage any interested parties to contact me and discuss this further.
