I have a Very nice complete 1968 Jeep Commando with 225 V6 Dauntless, and 1/2 Hard Top in Good Condition. The way you see it is just the way I bought it. All the parts are there. It appears someone was starting to pull the motor and just took the fenders and front end off to make the job easier to get at. The fan blade and carburetor are removed and the engine will not turn, I am unsure why. I have not tried to loosen the engine, it may or may not. The windshield is loose and has a crack, seats are loose on the inside. I am quite certain everything that was taken off is there, looks 99+ per cent complete. Transmission, drive train, exhaust, steering, etc. are all complete and seem to work fine. Headlight ring and bezel are there, one head light is missing though. There are new belts and hoses, battery terminals, and carburetor gasket. Looks like whoever started was going to make a quick job of things, maybe the motor will be good. This should be a wonderful restoration project, hard to find the 1/2 tops, good solid body and frame, no rust from this wonderful Colorado climate. Speedometer shows 93,788 miles, no title, will provide a Colorado bill of sale. I can easily and safely pack the loose parts in the back of the Jeep and cab if you want to schedule transport. I purchased 25 of these jeeps awhile ago from a collector and realize I cannot complete them all.
