1978 Porsche 911SC Targa, Guards red ( originally silver) with race interior. Very capable and confident for both DE and track. Original 3.0L, resealed and gone over by reputable shop in Houston Texas less than 2k miles ago. Euro headers with megaphones, sounds aggressive, excellent power delivery throughout the RPM range. Starts instantly, no issues, very reliable. Shifts excellent, gearbox also rebuilt with new wave tech lsd. Previous owner did extensive suspension upgrades in order to participate in DE days. Torsion bars, front suspension arms, rear plates, sway bars, etc. have all been attended to. Sits low, rides on the firm side. Fresh engine mounts, wires, oil, etc. No rust. Straight original body. Paint is ok. Repaint has some ruff orange peel in the rear quarters, Hood has scratches and some paint cracking. The front bumper has paint chips. Targa in good shape, removed liner material inside and cleaned, nice sano look. Roof rubber/seals average. Interior is stripped out with removable steering wheel and kirkey race seats, rs door panels, pull up windows and welded in roll cage. Dash has cracks.Odometer reads 100k, . 3 piece wheels, needs tires. Runs, shifts, drives as a 911 should. Many many other race goodie added battery cutoff, adjustable strut and sway bars, etc.).
