Vehicle Detail
Back up for sale.........Im assisting a friend in selling his 1968 Ford Mustang. It started out as a Father/Son project but they needed some assistance. The Mustang is a base model mustang but it has been gone through. The car was extremely clean when the restoration started with virtually no rust…(CA Car) Only one floor pan was replaced due to some trapped water. The body was stripped to bear metal, the body work completed and then a Base coat Clear coat of Cyber gray metallic (2011 Corvette) was completed. The entire car was completely re-wired with a mustang wire harness by Sacramento Mustang. The engine is a brand new 302 from Jaspers with a nive RV cam, edelbrock intake and 650 carb, flow master exhaust and headers. There is a 3 year 50,000 mile warrenty on the engine from Jaspers. The C-4 automatic transmission has less then 3000 miles on it and shifts nicely. The 8" rear end was done less then 2000 miles ago. The interior has new carpet kit, high back seats, new window window regulators, and retro stereo system. The heater, plenum, fan and core have been replaced. The mustang has disc brakes up front and drums rear and a set of torq thrust wheels on it. The owner has over 20K into this car...rewire was over $2k alone. There are still some finishing touches that can be done...but not much. This is a great Mustang with a lot of time and money spent and would make a great driver and or show car. Thanks for looking and feel free to email with questions.
