Up for sale is a really straight 1997 Chevy S10 complete truck that is a 4 cylinder automatic transmission truck...not currently running. The motor turns over when a battery is hooked up but does not start...it sounds mostly like it is out of time. THIS IS A NO RESERVE AUCTION, SO BID TO WIN AND THE HIGHEST BID WINS PERIOD! PLEASE PLAN TO PICK THIS TRUCK UP BEFORE THE END OF THIS MONTH IF YOU ARE THE WINNER! These regular cab long bed S10's are the truck to get for a frame swap for the rat rod or shop truck builders since these provide for power steering, power disc brakes, and the ability to fit in a V8 and transmission of your choice. Please note that this truck is extremely straight but does have some small dings and one more of a dent in the tail gate, has a 4 cylinder that is good for at least a core or rebuild able motor. The body parts alone can be sold and you can regain most of your cost at this this price and you would still have the parts that you want to use on your frame swap. Please note that the hood looks like it was replaced as it is a medium to dark blue vs. the golden brown/tan/bronze that the rest of the truck is colored. And, I have a free and clear title on this truck that is all set to go....this is really needed if you use this for a frame swap as any inspection and subsequent title work is a LOT easier if you have the title for the frame in hand.
